Follow these steps to successfully access and download your report.
Step 1: Open the Reporting Console
Click Administer.
Click System.
Click Reporting.
Click Reporting Console.
Step 2: Find the Organization Listing
In the search box, type Listing and click Search.
Click Organization Listing.
Click Select, then click Select
Step 3: Choose the Organization
Type Social Services External and click Search.
Check the box for Include sub-organizations.
Step 4: Select the Report Layout
Go to Layout and click the down arrow.
Click 12/14/23 LTC Medicaid (Shared).
Step 5: Run and Export the Report
Click Run Report.
Export the report to Excel.
