Building Profiles in the Virginia Learning Center

In the current VLC system, users cannot enroll themselves. The Systems Data and Support Team creates profiles for: 

• Community partners 
• Contractors supporting local agencies 
• Employees in 120 local departments of social services 

The team also maintains the personnel database to keep it accurate and up to date.

Steps to create a profile

1. Haga clic en Administrar. 
2. Haga clic en Personas. 
3. Haga clic en Crear cuenta. 
4. Enter a Login ID. 
5. Enter the Dirección de correo electrónico. 
6. Confirm the email address. 
7. Enter the Nombre. 
8. Enter the Apellido. 
9. Select the correct Job Code for the job title. 
10. Enter the Manager(s). 
11. Enter the Organization(s). 
12. Haga clic en Crear.
