How to Send an Email to the Roster

Use the steps below to gather email addresses and send a message to a class roster.

  • Haga clic en Administrar, then select Capacitación. 
  • Haga clic en Instructor Tools.
  • Escoger Manage Students. 
  • Haga clic en All Instructors. 
  • Enter the course name in the search bar. 
  • En Pending Action, select Todos. 
  • Enter the Fecha de inicio y Fecha de finalización. 
  • Haga clic en Filtrar. 
  • Select the correct course from the results. 
  • Go to the Gradebook and Attendance tab. 
  • Haga clic en Exportar a Excel. 
  • Copy the email addresses from the spreadsheet. 
  • Paste them into your email program. 
  • Write and send your message.
